Monitoring -
Tableau Bridge failures have dropped back into normal levels within the last few hours. Salesforce support engineers will continue to monitor the situation closely in partnership with internal resources. Dashboard functionality has returned to normal in the UEB pod for PADNOS.

We are moving this to a major outage as the issue has spread and is impacting all data sources. Until a further update please plan on dashboards not being available.

Salesforce has now escalated a global service incident for Tableau Online for degraded performance.

Investigating -
We are currently working with Tableau support on intermittent issues with the infrastructure which connects Tableau Online to our internal data warehouse and reporting servers. Some dashboards and data sources may not load including errors with subscriptions. A workaround is to refresh the page and visit the dashboard directly in the case of subscription failures.
